Peformance Appraisals
Each year (around August) you will undergo a performance appraisal.
These appraisals cover a variety of areas such as: appearance, attitude,
job
performance, communication skills, ability, strengths and weaknesses,
improvement areas. Management views the appraisal process as a positive
outcome for
all.
During the appraisal process professional goals will be discussed and
a development plan completed to achieve your set goals.
