Managing Director - Lyle Connors

Lyle Connors has had 45 years of work experience in the food industry, of which 27 years has been in managerial positions.
Of major significance is his experience as Food Manager with Myer Geelong, from 1966 through to 1985. During this time Lyle was responsible for the overall operations of the departments which included grocery outlet, restaurant, butcher, bakery, take-a-way food and delicatessen.
Lyle’s expertise in management and service delivery is reflected in the smooth day to day operation of the Centre including overseeing the laundry service, cleaning, grounds maintenance, security, and attending to the general service needs of the Centre.

Managing Director - Karyn Connors

Karyn Connors is a qualified early childhood professional with an Associate Diploma in Social Science (Child Care) and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training. She has been working in the early childhood field for a period spanning more than two decades.
Over these years she has been a director of both a local government child care centre, and a TAFE child care centre.
In addition to this, Karyn has been engaged in consultancy work and other projects relating to the provision of children and family services. She has a broad knowledge and valuable experience with all aspects of child care and business management, including administration and financial management, human resources and development and quality improvement.

Manager - Susan Peters (employee)

Susan has been involved in the early childhood field since 1989. She has qualifications in both the early childhood and workplace training industry. Susan’s previous work experience has been within the community, TAFE, and private sector. Susan participated in the development of producing the publication “Playing for Keeps” ~ an environmentally responsible approach to early childhood and is always keen to share innovative ideas.
Susan manages both the training and child care at One World and is available to answer or to assist you with your daily work or queries at any time.
