Thank you for booking One World for Children School Holiday Program. Please keep this email as a confirmation of your child/ren's booking as it is also your excursion permission form.
- You have confirmed that this is the booking you require for your child/ren.
- Any changes or cancellations made prior to 12pm the day before your booking will incur a $25 administration fee per child per change.
- Any cancellations made after 12pm the day before your booking, your fee will apply as normal.
- If you are a new family a $50 non-refundable deposit is required and must be paid within 7 days of making your booking. If this is not received your positon will be cancelled. This deposit will go against your fees once your booking has commenced.
- If you are a new family, a member from our administration team will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your booking to complete the enrolment process. Your position is not guaranteed until all enrolment forms are completed and the deposit is paid.
- Any additional paperwork needs to be returned at the time of completing your paperwork e.g asthma plans, court orders, medical management plans etc. Your child will not be able to attend until these have been provided to the centre.
- Fees are to be paid weekly using our direct debit credit card system Bpoint.
- Please supply your own named hat and water bottle.
