Delivery modes
Training packages are developed to maximise flexibility for learners, employers and training staff. They recognise that there are many different learning styles, and that there is more than one way to effectively deliver training and assessment.
Delivery options:
Workplace based training and placement based training
Online Training (for Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management CHC62015 only).
Our program delivery may include:
mentoring, demonstration and individual training sessions
group training sessions, inservicing and workshops
prescribed texts provided to you by us to add to your own professional library
quality training materials and assessment tools developed by our own professional team
online training and community networking.
Whether you prefer to read training materials, view videos, observe others, engage with online materials, or join in discussions, you will find a mode of delivery and assessment to fit your individual learning style. Our flexible training programs are tailored especially to maximise your learning.
The tools of assessment we use are also many and varied. We maintain that providing assessment is fair, valid and reliable, we can assess flexibly, in any number of ways. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is also offered to all of our training participants.
It's easy to see, you have more options when training with One World!
