Please feel free to comment on our workbooks, we are interested in any feedback for improvement including but not limited to:

• spelling and grammar errors
• reflection activities or assessments that need wording changes to ensure learners understand the requirements clearly
• queries relating to theory or other information
• additions you wish to access.

We would also like to hear about aspects that are successful.

It is this ability to gain positive and negative feedback that will allow us to constructively improve our product and in turn provide you with learning materials that meet training, assessment and children’s services industry needs.

Just as the Community Services Training Package CHC08 will be undergoing continuous improvement, we hope we can provide you with continuously improving workbooks.
