Casual Staff
Casual staff are required to complete a minimum of one volunteer day before being listed on the casual reliever list. This is to ensure that you wish to be employed with One World and it gives us an insight into your performance. Should management feel that you are not ready for employment you are offered a voluntary day per week to further develop your skills.
