Vacation Care Program

Our Vacation Care program is very popular, jam packed with lots of fun and entertaining activities for school children. We prepare an exciting program, bringing back our most popular activities as well planning new and exciting one's for you to enjoy!

This stimulating, unique and fun program is designed to keep school aged children entertained by providing creative and challenging activities that are specific to your child's interests with a focus on leisure and recreation.

Our programs include many exciting and different activities, excursions and incursions that promote creative awareness and exploration while supporting children's self-esteem, confidence and developing skills for school children.

New Families

If you would like to enrol your child in our program please contact the centre on (03) 5272 3009, or alternatively email us at childcare@owfc.com.au, where we can further discuss our program and its suitability for your child.

Upon you and your child visiting our service and deciding that the program is suited to your child's needs, an orientation visit is arranged prior to making any bookings. This is a compulsory visit prior to making any bookings within the holiday program.

Existing Families

Bookings for our vacation care program will now be done through My Family Lounge. This can either be accessed via computer or you can download the My Family Lounge app from the app store which provides an easy and convenient way to book. All current families will have a login for this program. If you have never logged in before you first login will need to be done through the desktop page (you can access the desktop page either on a computer or your smartphone). Simply head to https://owfc.com.au/Childcare.asp?_=Enrol%20Now, type in your email address (the one we have on file for you), if you have never set up a password type in any characters and click sign in, this will then prompt you to create a password. This will send an email to you with a link to reset your password. Once your new password has been set you can then log in on the desktop or you can now login through the My Family Lounge App.

We suggest you complete this process prior to vacation care bookings opening so you know you can log in once they open.

Autumn 2024 School Holiday Program - Available to view now

Click here to view the upcoming Autumn school holiday program. Bookings open on Tuesday the 12 of March at 8pm. Bookings can be made via My Family Lounge login.
